- Issue price set at R$ 15.43 per common share, R$ 17.64 per preferred share; cash payment at subscription.
- Rights tradable on B3 from Aug. 6-Sept. 1, 2026; unsubscribed shares may be reallocated through oversubscription.
- Partial completion permitted if at least R$ 8 billion is subscribed; remaining unsubscribed shares may be canceled.
