- Exploration expenses fell 68.22% to USD 274,797, while general and administrative costs rose 42.04% to USD 584,737.
- Cash climbed to USD 395,344 from USD 38,293, while unproven mineral right interests jumped to USD 10.72 million from USD 1.
- The company completed the Calipuy acquisition for the Pico Machay Gold Project, recording a deferred consideration liability of USD 10.14 million and asset retirement obligations of USD 480,995.
