Keppel 1H FY26 net profit drops 59% to S$155 million
Reuters2026/07/29 23:28- Keppel posted net profit of S$155 million, down 59% from a year earlier, as the Non-Core Portfolio swung to a net loss of S$375 million.
- New Keppel net profit rose 25% to S$530 million, while recurring income climbed 13% to S$467 million.
- Profit from sponsor stakes and co-investments rose to S$175 million from S$18 million, while free cash flow swung to an inflow of S$570 million from an outflow of S$48 million.
- Annualized ROE fell to 3.6% from 7.2%, while net debt to EBITDA increased to 6.7x from 5.8x; an interim cash dividend of 15 cents a share was declared.
- Funds under management reached S$106 billion in July, while about S$1.7 billion of asset monetization was announced year to date; the 600 MW Sakra Cogen Plant started operations.
