- Funding costs fell 14.5% to support payouts, on lower floating interest rates and proactive interest rate management.
- Singapore hotels RevPAR climbed 4.1% as a strong first quarter offset a softer second quarter; occupancy rose 3.5 percentage points to 76.7%.
- Management expects further funding cost savings in 2H 2026 versus a year earlier; M Hotel renovation targets 3Q 2027 completion.
