State Street Investment Management launches first active ETFs in Australia with Blackstone partnership
Reuters2026/07/30 02:13- State Street Corporation will launch two actively managed ETFs in Australia with Blackstone Credit & Insurance, listing on the ASX on Aug. 7, 2026.
- State Street Blackstone Senior Loan (AUD Hedged) Active ETF (SBSL) targets sub-investment grade floating-rate senior secured bank loans.
- State Street Blackstone High Income (AUD Hedged) Active ETF (SBHI) targets income via dynamic allocation across liquid credit, including high-yield and CLO debt.
- Both are feeder funds into U.S.-listed SRLN and HYBL, sub-advised by Blackstone; State Street Investment Management will handle governance, distribution.
- Underlying funds had AUM of USD 5.2 billion for SRLN, USD 569 million for HYBL as of June 30, 2026.
