- Adjusted EBITDA margin narrowed to 3.5% from 3.7%, reflecting the inclusion of newly acquired 4BIO, which ran a 2.2% margin.
- Adjusted net income climbed 23.7% to R$ 31.7 million; operating cash generation over the last 12 months rose 76.5% to R$ 378.3 million.
- Net leverage ended the quarter at 2.9x net debt/EBITDA, including R$ 511 million in acquisition obligations; it would have been 2.2x excluding 4BIO.
- Management highlighted the May 4 acquisition of 4BIO and said logistics synergies should be captured progressively from July, supporting second-half margin gains.
