- Received US$127,500 cash, 3,081,286 Canadian Phosphate shares valued at about US$270,000 at a deemed AUD$0.13 per share.
- To receive US$255,000 on or before May 29, 2027, with an option to take payment in shares priced at a 5% VWAP discount.
- Eligible for an additional US$765,000 within a year of commercial production start, payable in cash or shares at Canadian Phosphate’s option.
