- IFRS net profit was CHF 96 million, while basic EPS was CHF 0.25.
- On a CORE basis, net sales rose 3.7% year over year to CHF 6.44 billion, while EBITDA edged down 0.6% to CHF 583 million.
- CORE EBITDA margin narrowed 0.2 percentage points to 9.1%, while equity free cash flow was CHF 207 million and net debt leverage was 2.07x.
- Management cited Middle East disruption and early-stage ramp-ups at JFK and Pudong; medium-term targets were reaffirmed, with July organic growth at 4.1%.
