- EBITDA margin edged down 0.4 percentage points to 30.1%; subscription and SaaS revenue increased 27.8% to EUR 266.4 million.
- ARR grew 15.9% to EUR 1.25 billion; management confirmed the 2026 organic outlook, then expanded guidance after closing the HCSS acquisition on July 1.
