EPH Invest agrees to buy 60% stakes in two Padua student housing project companies for EUR 780,000
Reuters2026/07/30 05:09- EPH Invest entered Italy’s student-housing market via a deal to take 60% of two Padua project companies, SIRE and ARES.
- The projects target 68 beds total, with planned investment of about EUR 2.4 million; applications for PNRR and D.M. 481/2024 support were filed.
- RONA will first invest EUR 780,000 to acquire 60% of each SPV, including 9,655,172 EPH shares valued at EUR 0.0725 per share.
- RONA will then contribute its stakes into EPH via an in-kind capital increase, with completion targeted for August 2026.
- 18-month prospective valuations were put at about EUR 1.95 million for SIRE and EUR 1.38 million for ARES, implying over EUR 1.98 million for EPH’s 60%.
