- Free cash ended Q2 at USD 3.4 million; it rose to USD 26.5 million following the 28 July closing of Guatemala and El Salvador divestments.
- Free cash is projected at USD 33 million by end-2026, excluding a planned shareholder distribution pending approvals and statutory waiting periods.
