Heidelberg Materials H1 FY26 profit rises 6.7% to €810 million; revenue increases 1.7% to €10.58 billion

- Profit attributable to shareholders rose 7.5% to € 737.9 million; EPS increased to € 4.19 from the year-ago period.
- Net debt climbed to € 7.73 billion; leverage ratio widened to 1.66x as cash flow from operating activities dropped 69.1% to € 35.6 million.
- Shares hit an all-time high of € 239 on Jan. 27, then slid 25.2% year-to-date to € 166.9 at June-end.
- Guidance was tightened, with 2026 RCO forecast cut to € 3.40 billion-€ 3.65 billion; Scope 1 specific net CO2 expected around last year’s level.
