Vopak Q2 net profit falls to EUR 101 million; revenue rises to EUR 344 million

- Revenue rose 6.62% to EUR 343.9 million; HY1 net profit dropped to EUR 186.4 million from EUR 318.6 million, cutting EPS to EUR 1.63 from EUR 2.74.
- On an adjusted basis excluding exceptional items, Q2 proportional EBITDA eased to EUR 305.7 million from EUR 315.4 million, while HY1 proportional operating free cash flow edged down to EUR 444.2 million from EUR 450.5 million.
- Interim dividend set at EUR 0.72 per share, with payments shifting to a semi-annual schedule; the first EUR 100 million tranche of the share buyback was 45% complete by July 24.
- FY 2026 outlook lifted to proportional EBITDA of EUR 1.18 billion-EUR 1.22 billion, with proportional operating free cash flow seen around EUR 820 million.
