Ontex names Stephane Re group CFO, replacing Geert Peeters

- Re joins from Partner in Pet Food, where he served as group CFO and led a broad transformation program.
- He previously was group CFO of Thai Union Europe/MW Brands from 2014 to 2021.
- Peeters joined in December 2023, overseeing finance and IT during a senior bond refinancing and the exit from Emerging Markets.
- Re will help coordinate the transformation of Ontex’s Europe and North America operations alongside its Transformation Management Office.
