- IFRS profit for the period dropped to €38 million; diluted EPS slid to €0.14.
- Non-IFRS adjusted EBIT declined to €131 million; margin narrowed to 3.5% from 4.9%.
- Industrial free cash flow was an outflow of €45 million; available liquidity stood at €4.43 billion at June 30.
- Tata Motors’ tender offer is expected in early September with closure envisaged by early November, pending final regulatory clearance by end-August.
