- Adjusted EBITDA margin narrowed 1 percentage point to 3.3% in H1; Q2 free cash flow turned positive at EUR 0.6 million.
- Completed the sale of XXLhoreca effective June 30, 2026, continuing portfolio streamlining under its Forward strategy.
- Guidance kept for organic sales between -7% and +3% and adjusted EBITDA margin of 2%-5%; expects further sales stabilization in H2.
