Ayvens Q2 FY26 net income drops 8.7% to EUR 248 million; leasing and services margins rise 7% to EUR 762 million

- Leasing and Services margins rose 7% to EUR 762.2 million from Q2 2025, while gross operating income fell 11.8% to EUR 754.2 million.
- Used car sales swung to a loss, with net used car sales result at EUR -8 million versus a profit in Q2 2025; gross UCS per unit fell to EUR 326.
- Operating expenses declined 8.3% to EUR 409.8 million, while impairment charges on receivables dropped 40.5% to EUR 16.2 million.
- Board authorized a EUR 450 million share buyback starting July 31; proposed an exceptional interim dividend of EUR 0.32 per share, payable Sept. 10.
