CVC reports fee-paying AUM rises 9% to EUR 153 billion in H1 2026

- Fee-related revenue rose 9% to EUR 771 million; fee-related earnings increased 11% to EUR 442 million, lifting the FRE margin to 57%.
- Performance-related earnings rose 15% to EUR 110 million; EBITDA increased 12% to EUR 554 million; profit after tax grew 10% to EUR 434 million.
- Interim EPS climbed 11% to EUR 0.4; interim dividend planned at about EUR 0.26 per share, or EUR 275 million, payable Sept. 15.
- Share buyback program totals up to EUR 350 million; EUR 194 million completed; webcast scheduled for 08:15 BST on July 30.
