- Outgoing CTO Juha Salmela becomes chief technology strategy and innovation officer, retaining a management team seat.
- Immonen tasked with scaling technology for reliable, efficient, profitable industrial operations; Salmela to focus on future technologies, IP, strategic opportunities.
