- Revenue climbed 30% to USD 1.82 billion on an average realised oil price of USD 94.13/bbl, a USD 7.47/bbl premium to Brent.
- Adjusted EBITDA increased 28% to USD 938.6 million; free cash flow rose 35% to USD 526.4 million.
- Net debt fell 45% since FY 2025 to USD 370.7 million; net leverage improved to 0.25x net debt/EBITDA from 0.53x.
- 2Q dividend lifted to USD 12 cents a share; Seplat targets USD 45 cents for 2026, with a USD 23.3 cents transaction payout planned.
