- Total net rental income jumped 40%, while like-for-like net rental income increased 5%; portfolio value stood at £3.6 billion and EPRA NTA was unchanged at £3.94.
- It agreed to buy 50% of Manchester Arndale for a headline price of £218 million at a topped-up net initial yield of 7.8%, funded by an associated equity placing.
- FY26 EPRA earnings guidance was raised to about £132 million, implying growth of about 27% versus FY25, including £7 million from the Arndale deal.
