Nippon Yusen raises FY2027 recurring profit forecast to JPY 250 billion

- Full-year revenue outlook lifted to JPY 2.88 trillion from JPY 2.61 trillion; operating profit seen at JPY 185,000 million from JPY 145,000 million.
- Recurring profit forecast increased to JPY 250,000 million from JPY 185,000 million; profit attributable to owners seen at JPY 240,000 million from JPY 195,000 million.
- First-half revenue forecast raised to JPY 1.44 trillion from JPY 1.29 trillion; recurring profit seen at JPY 160,000 million from JPY 83,000 million.
- Assumptions include FX at JPY 157.22 per US$ for the full year; bunker price at US$ 741.44 per metric ton.
