Hokkaido Electric Q1 FY27 profit attributable to owners drops 52% to JPY 14.78 billion

- Operating income fell 44.3% to JPY 24.45 billion, while profit attributable to owners of parent dropped 52% to JPY 14.78 billion.
- Ordinary income slid 55% to JPY 18.76 billion, as non-operating expenses climbed to JPY 7.51 billion and included a JPY 2.07 billion loss on derivatives.
- For the year ending March 31, 2027, the company maintained its forecast for operating revenue of JPY 970 billion and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 22 billion.
