Michael Saylor: The goal is to restore the peg of STRC within 70 trading days, which is around September 8.
According to Odaily, Strategy founder Michael Saylor stated during today’s earnings call: “When STRC was first listed, it took us about 70 trading days to return to par. Some people may have forgotten that our IPO was priced at $90, and it took 70 days to get back to that value. If we start counting from when STRC fell below the $99–$100 trading range, it has now been 40 trading days as of today. Using May 28, the day we broke below the range, as the starting point, looking forward 70 trading days brings us to around September 8. We’re closely monitoring this date and tracking our progress. We will focus our efforts on restoring STRC’s health. We believe that since we managed it within 70 days post-IPO, it’s reasonable to set a 70-day restoration target after breaking below the range. We have ample means to bring STRC back to par.”
