- Adjusted EBITDAre fell 1.8% to USD 78.1 million; adjusted FFO per diluted share rose 7% to USD 0.61.
- Same-property RevPAR increased 5.6% to USD 206.54 on ADR up 5.7% to USD 285.71; occupancy was flat at 72.3%.
- Recorded a non-cash impairment charge of USD 38.8 million tied to Kimpton RiverPlace; raised full-year adjusted EBITDAre guidance midpoint by USD 7 million.
