NCI sells majority stake in Herbolistique to Yotta Capital Partners, Ouest Croissance

- NCI Dette Privée 1 provided mezzanine debt financing alongside the acquisition financing to support the company’s next growth phase.
- Herbolistique was founded in 2002 in La Verrie, France, producing plant-based natural supplements.
- NCI entered as majority shareholder in 2021; revenue rose to nearly EUR 15 million from EUR 10 million, headcount increased to 58.
- The deal marks the second investment by NCI’s private debt fund, following a transaction with Leader Group.
