- Non-executive director Mary Verschuer will become chair on Campbell’s retirement; she chairs Maxiparts and previously served on Nuplex’s board.
- Sheila Lines will join the board as a non-executive director on Sept. 1, 2026; she will stand for election at the 2026 AGM.
- Lines has 30 years of senior finance and executive experience, including CFO roles at Nick Scali, oOh!media, Cabcharge, Bpay, and CEO of KeyTech.
