- Net revenues fell 20% to USD 17.9 million in the first half, while net income swung to a USD 1 million profit.
- EBITDA rose 17% to USD 7.7 million in the first half, with fleet TCE up 35% to USD 17,202 per day.
- Declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD 0.10 per share, payable on or about Oct. 9 to holders of record Sept. 25.
- Agreed to sell Panamax Exelixsea for about USD 17.5 million, while taking delivery of Capesize Squireship as it shifts into Capesize vessels.
