- Net profit from continuing operations rose 38.8% to EUR 12.74 million, while normalized EBIT fell 44.7% to EUR 6.38 million.
- Discontinued operations delivered net profit of EUR 49.02 million following the phased sale of Helvoet, including disposals to Callista Group and Kimball Electronics.
- Management cited a 5.7% organic revenue decline and said the order book fell sharply versus end-2025 amid ongoing market uncertainty.
- Hydratec declared an interim dividend of EUR 60 per share, with shares trading ex-dividend on Sept. 18 and payment due Sept. 23.
