- Cash and cash equivalents slid to USD 4.74 million at June 30, 2026 from USD 10.81 million at Dec. 31, 2025.
- Management said it is moving from technology validation to commercial execution, advancing a phased plan for its Headwaters ARC LFP recycling campus.
- Aqua Metals expects to announce a Headwaters ARC development path this quarter, subject to diligence, financing, permitting and approvals, while prioritizing site control and Phase 1 equipment partner selection.
