- EBITDA margin improved to 10.7%, while net financial debt stood at EUR 117.7 million, implying a net debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 3.4x.
- Antibiotics sales increased 16% in Q2 versus Q2 2025 as the new Toledo injectable penicillin line began start-up; capacity is expected to lift output 50% over coming years.
- Forté Pharma sales fell 17% in H1, while Specialty Pharmacare sales rose 14% to EUR 67 million and Pharmaceutical Technologies slipped 2% to EUR 69 million.
