Baader Bank buys 9.9% stake in crypto provider Hyphe

- Deal deepens a partnership launched in 2023 to provide 24/7 crypto trading to investors through selected Baader Trading partners.
- Hyphe is a Munich-based digital-asset liquidity provider and market maker, regulated under WpIG and MiCAR by BaFin.
- Transaction complements Baader Bank’s existing 9.9% stake in crypto custodian Tangany, which provides custody for its crypto offering.
