Novotek buys Italy-based ServiTecno in expansion push
Reuters2026/07/31 08:09- Novotek AB expanded into Italy through the acquisition of Milan-based ServiTecno, an industrial automation and Industrial IT specialist founded in 1979.
- ServiTecno will continue under Managing Director Francesco Tieghi, who will join the Novotek Group management team.
- The 16-employee business is expected to be rebranded later as Novotek Italy.
