- H1 constant-currency sales rose 5% to GBP 881 million; adjusted operating profit increased 7% to GBP 156 million; EPS grew 9% to 78p.
- Interim dividend set at 48p; free cash flow improved to GBP 38 million; net debt GBP 578 million; leverage 1.4x EBITDA.
- Outlook maintained: organic sales growth of 3%-6% in 2026 with further adjusted operating margin expansion; adjusted operating profit expectations unchanged.
- Beauty Actives sales jumped 27%; management expects continued Consumer Care strength, with H2 lift from Pharma Solutions phasing and modest Crop improvement.
