- Revised schedule: S$300,000 due Aug. 1, 2026; S$400,000 due Sept. 1, 2026; 5.33% simple interest accrues from Aug. 1.
- ASTI received S$305,000 on July 31, 2026, covering the S$300,000 tranche and S$5,000 costs reimbursement.
- ASA must indemnify ASTI for legal costs if a default notice or enforcement or winding-up proceedings are required.
