- WELLSTAR expects its trading debut on the TSXV in September, with the listing targeted to close on or about Sept. 16, 2026.
- The financing included C$36.2 million for WELLSTAR via subscription receipts, alongside C$13.8 million in a secondary sale by an existing shareholder.
