- Affinity stockholders will receive USD 23 per share in cash, with no adjustment tied to adjusted stockholders’ equity.
- Fidelity now reports about USD 5.5 billion in assets, USD 4.6 billion in deposits, USD 3.6 billion in loans.
- The combined bank operates two branches in Georgia, alongside Fidelity’s branch network in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
