PG&E prices cash tender offers for up to USD 1.2 billion of 2027 notes, bonds
Reuters2026/07/31 20:51- Pacific Gas and Electric set pricing for cash tender offers capped at USD 1.2 billion to buy back 3.30% Senior Notes due 2027, 2.10% First Mortgage Bonds due 2027.
- Offer prices: USD 985.34 per USD 1,000 of 3.30% Senior Notes; USD 977.95 per USD 1,000 of 2.10% First Mortgage Bonds.
- Preliminary results point to full acceptance of the 3.30% Senior Notes; 2.10% First Mortgage Bonds expected to be prorated at 26.6%.
- Settlement expected Aug. 4, 2026 for bonds tendered by the July 31 expiration; payments include accrued interest.
