TSMC's monthly target of producing 180,000 3nm wafers may be achieved ahead of schedule
According to Odaily, driven by major clients such as NVIDIA, AMD, and Broadcom actively securing production capacity, TSMC’s original target of producing 180,000 3nm wafers per month, planned for the end of the year, is now expected to be achieved as early as the beginning of the fourth quarter. Meanwhile, demand for 2nm process orders is also rapidly increasing, and by the end of this year, its monthly wafer shipment volume is expected to approach 100,000 as planned. (Taiwan Economic Daily)
