- Average room rate rose 2.8% to CHF 651; RevPAR increased 3.2% to CHF 354; occupancy held at 54.3%.
- EBITDAR margin expected broadly stable versus 26.1% a year earlier; restaurant margin improved to 16.6% from 15.1%.
- Management kept its H2 outlook constructive, citing pricing discipline while monitoring international demand and geopolitical volatility.
