Reuters2026/08/03 06:09- BASF launched a share buyback program starting Aug. 3, 2026, targeting up to EUR 1 billion of shares for cancellation.
- Program cap set at 77 million shares, with purchases due to finish by April 30, 2027.
- Authorization allows repurchases of up to 10% of share capital through April 29, 2031, equal to 89 million shares at the resolution date.
- Company already bought back 12 million shares in May–June 2026 for cancellation under the same authorization.
