Two Harbors says CCM merger wins approvals in all but one state
Reuters2026/08/03 11:04- Two Harbors’ merger with CrossCountry Intermediate Holdco is nearing completion, with all but one required state approval secured.
- Closing is expected the business day following the final approval, with a press release planned once it is received.
- A “stub period” dividend will be paid at closing, recalculated from the previously indicated USD 0.12196 per share tied to an Aug. 3 close.
- The stub dividend will equal USD 0.34 per share prorated for days from end-Q2 2026 to the day before closing, divided by 92 days.
- Payment will go to holders of record on the last trading day before the merger takes effect, without reducing merger consideration.
