Prim buys Ortopedia Queraltó, expands orthopedics footprint in Andalusia

- The deal adds eight stores in Andalusia, expanding Prim’s orthopedics footprint into the region through its Ortopédicos Prim unit.
- Queraltó’s manufacturing base includes three licensed workshops, strengthening in-house production capabilities in a sector where that is uncommon.
- The acquired business employs more than 40 staff, including 15 orthopedics technicians, with operations and teams set to continue.
- Signing and closing occurred simultaneously on Aug. 3, 2026.
