- UK Power Networks was fully consolidated from May; it added about EUR 180 million to H1 EBIT; economic net debt/EBITDA reached 4.2x.
- Management flagged progress on talks to transfer Belgian nuclear activities to the government, targeting heads of terms on Oct. 1; tax-rate guidance cut to 18%-22%.
- Data center push accelerated, with 7 GW of PPAs in place; co-siting pipeline expanded to 7 GW, including 4 GW classed as advanced-stage.
