- Operating EBITA fell 45.8% to EUR 3.5 million; operating EBITA margin narrowed 1.4 percentage points to 2%.
- Operating result after taxes turned to a loss of EUR 400,000; net loss attributable to shareholders widened to EUR 3.7 million, or EUR 0.69 per share.
- Personnel Services revenue dropped 17.6% to EUR 90.4 million, while Training rose 5.9% to EUR 81.5 million.
- Sees a stabilized sales trend and improved earnings power in H2; forecasts FY 2026 revenue of EUR 350-365 million and operating EBITA of EUR 17-23 million.
