- FFO per diluted share turned to a loss of $0.02 from a profit of $0.44, while normalized FFO rose to $0.38 from $0.37.
- Revenue increased 24.69% to $235.87 million, driven by resident fees and services rising to $128.8 million from $78.99 million.
- Same-property managed senior housing cash NOI increased 13.7% year over year, while skilled nursing/transitional care rent coverage was 2.49x.
- Management highlighted about $600 million of year-to-date investments; Sabra reiterated full-year 2026 guidance.
