- Adjusted EBIT margin widened 3.3 percentage points to 12.9%; net income attributable to shareholders dropped 45.9% to EUR 274 million.
- Adjusted free cashflow swung to EUR 216 million from a negative EUR 46 million a year earlier.
- Signed a deal in early July to sell ContiTech to Lone Star Funds; CEO Christian Kötz said the group is in the “final stretch” to become a pure-play tire maker.
- Guides for revenue of about EUR 13.2-14.2 billion with an adjusted EBIT margin of about 12%-13.5%; adjusted free cashflow seen at about EUR 0.7-1.1 billion.
