- Shareholders will vote on the annual report and audited financial statements for the year ended May 31, 2026.
- Resolutions include the directors’ remuneration report and a revised remuneration policy, plus lifting the directors’ pay cap to GBP 500,000.
- All directors will stand for re-election.
- Other items include reappointing Ernst & Young as auditor, renewing share issuance authority, disapplying pre-emption rights, buyback authority, meeting notice changes, and articles amendments on electronic participation.
