- Ordinary profit climbed 3.3% to JPY 12.81 billion; profit attributable to owners of parent increased 14% to JPY 9.03 billion.
- FinTech segment revenue rose to JPY 53.22 billion; segment income increased to JPY 13.99 billion.
- Retailing segment revenue grew to JPY 19.14 billion; segment income advanced to JPY 3.41 billion.
- Marui set a share buyback limit of up to JPY 20 billion, covering up to 10,000,000 shares, running Aug. 10, 2026 to May 15, 2027.
