ISA Energia Brasil to fully consolidate IE Madeira, divest IE Garanhuns stake from August 2026

- Transaction includes a cash payment of R$ 1.2 billion.
- Full consolidation of Madeira, divestment of Garanhuns set to start in Aug. 2026.
- Change expected to lift 2026/2027 cycle RAP by R$ 306 million, reflecting R$ 390 million from Madeira offset by R$ 84 million from Garanhuns.
